Mysore/Mysuru: Department of Youth Empowerment and Sports (DYES), in association with Manav Trust, has organised a 5-km run to remember late actor Dr. Puneeth Rajkumar and to mark Labour Day with an awareness theme 'Go Green, Go Clean' on May 1.
Announcing this at a press meet at Chamundi Vihar Stadium this morning, DYES Assistant Director K. Suresh said that the run will be flagged off at 6.30 am from Chamundi Vihar Stadium and will pass through SP Office, Hardinge Circle, Kote Anjaneyaswamy Temple, New Sayyaji Rao Road, Kote Maramma Temple, Bengaluru-Nilgiri Road, Police Commissioner’s Office, Nazarbad Circle and culminate at the starting point. District Minister S.T. Somashekar and former cricketer Javagal Srinath will be present.
