Mysuru: The CII Mysore Zone is going to construct a hi-tech washroom on the lines of the one atop Chamundi Hill and in the Mysore Palace, in Srikanteshwara Temple in Nanjangud at a cost of Rs. One crore under its CSR fund.
Since the footfalls in this famous temple also called Kashi of the South is very high during Chikka Jathre and Dodda Jathre car festivals, new moon days and other festivals, is very high, a hi-tech toilet is very essential, was the proposal made at the CSR meeting, held here yesterday at the DC Office.
