Mysore/Mysuru: Golfer Vidhatri K. Urs from Mysuru, who represented India in the 43rd International Queen Sirikit Cup 2023 Golf, was conferred Rotary Mysore Midtown - Wekreate Sports Award-2022-23, at a ceremony held at Rotary Hall on JLB Road in city on June 14.
Vidhatri, who secured second spot in the team category, individually finished 19th in the tournament. After receiving the award, Vidhatri said: “I started playing golf at the age of six. Gradually, I started participating in State-level competitions and now I am proud to have represented the country at international level too.”
