Nanjangud: A 52-year-old man was killed on the spot while another rider sustained serious injuries when their bikes collided head-on near Mahadevanagar on Nanjangud-Chamarajanagar Road yesterday night.
While the deceased has been identified as Ravikumar alias Papachhi of Nanjangud, brother of former Zilla Panchayat member Shashirekha and proprietor of Shashidhar Complex, opposite to Ambedkar Bhavan on Nanjangud-Chamarajanagar Bypass Road, the injured is 32-year-old Prasanna, a resident of Kodinarasipura village.
