As per the Karnataka Gazette Notification No: DPAL_08_SHASANA_2025, Bengaluru dated 15.4.2025, all the Employers, who are liable to deduct Profession Tax (PT) on employment from the salary payable to their employees, shall deduct PT for February 2026 month ONLY, at Rs. 300 per employee instead of Rs. 200. For detailed information, reference may be made to provisions of the Gazette Notification mentioned above, according to N.D. Shreenivaas of Bhavani Associates, Mysuru.
