Bengaluru: Indicating possible second Coronavirus wave in Karnataka in February, Health and Family Welfare Minister, Dr. K. Sudhakar has appealed Chief Minister B.S.Yediyurappa to restore him Medical Education portfolio for betterment management of COVID-19 pandemic as well as ongoing vaccine drive.
“Having these two portfolios together will be of great help, especially in the wake of scientists predicting second wave of Corona in February. So, it needs a lot of advance planning to check the contagion. The CM will be apprised about it”, he told reporters here yesterday.
