Release of felicitation volume ‘Vignana Pathika’ on Dec. 24

Mysuru: Spandana Samskruthika Parishat, Mysuru, Sir M.V. Vignana Kendra, Nanjangud and Sathanur Devaraju Abhinandana Samithi has organised a function to release Science writer Sathanur Devaraju’s felicitation volume titled ‘Vignana Pathika’ on the occasion of his 60th birthday celebrations on Dec. 24 at Sri Rajendra Bhavan here at 10.30 am. The function will be inaugurated by Legislative Council Deputy Chairman Marithibbegowda. Litterateur Dr. C.P. Krishnakumar will preside. The felicitation volume edited by Satyanarayana Nanjangud and T. Satish Javaregowda will be released by columnist Dr. Doddarangegowda. Senior Indian Information Service Officer Dr. T.C. Poornima will speak on the book. Devaraju, who recently retired as Principal, will be felicitated by Mandya District Congress Committee President M.S. Athmananda. Folklore Expert Dr. D.K. Rajendra will deliver the felicitation address. Sir M.V. Vignana Kendra President Satyanarayana Nanjangud and Spandana Samskruthika Parishat President T. Satish Javaregowda will be the chief guests.
