Individual persons and organisations engaged in the business of Dog Breeding and Marketing of Pets are now required, as per Law, to register themselves at Karnataka Animal Welfare Board (KAWB) under Prevention of Cruelty of Animals Act 1960 (Dog Breeding & Marketing Rule-2017) and Animals (Pet Shop) Rules 2018 Sections 3, 4 and 5.
