The process of registration for ‘Yuva Nidhi’ scheme (Rs. 3,000 monthly allowance for unemployed graduates and Rs. 1,500 for unemployed Diploma holders), one of the five pre-poll guarantees of the Congress Govt., has begun. The registration is open for Graduates and Diploma holders, who passed out in 2023, but remain unemployed for a minimum period of 6 months. The applicants must be domiciled in Karnataka and should not have been self-employed or employed in Private/ Government establishments and should not be pursuing Master's Degree or other Higher Education courses. The eligible unemployed youths can file ‘Yuva Nidhi’ application through the online portal https://sevasindhugs.karnata ka.gov.in or at KarnatakaOne, BangaloreOne, GramaOne and Bapuji Seva Centres.
