Mysuru: Asking the specially abled persons not to lose interest in life just because they suffer from some sort of physical disability, MLA S.A. Ramdas has exhorted the specially abled to lead a determined life. He was speaking after distributing free prosthetic equipment to the beneficiaries at a programme organised at Shri Sthanakvasi Jain Sangh Hall at Halladakeri (Mahaveer Nagar) here yesterday.
Noting that while physical disabilities occurring from major accidents or mishaps cannot be prevented most of the times, Ramdas said that, however, physical disabilities that arises from diseases such as diabetes can be prevented if one is alert.
