Gandhian Surendra Koulagi will inaugurate. Thinker Memagal Somashekar will be the chief guest. Centre for Gandhian Studies (UoM) Director Dr. S. Shivarajappa will deliver the keynote address. Karnataka Gandhi Smarak Nidhi President Dr. Wooday P. Krishna will preside. College Principal N. Archana Swamy will be present.
