The Vivekananda Institute for Leadership Development (V-LEAD), an initiative of Swami Vivekananda Youth Movement (SVYM), will conduct a Rain Water Harvesting (RWH) System Workshop aimed at fostering sustainable water management practices. The workshop is scheduled to take place at V-LEAD campus, Hebbal, on Dec. 21. The programme will provide a Hands-on session on the design, installation and maintenance of RWH at homes, schools and communities.

Water scarcity is one of the critical challenges of our times, exacerbated by climate change, population growth and unsustainable resource extraction. This workshop seeks to address this pressing issue by building the capacity of individuals and organisations to adopt RWH as a sustainable and cost-effective solution. For more information, contact: Mob: 70197-49163, according to a press release from Dr. Rekha Shanmukha of V-LEAD.
