Mysuru, Sept. 3 (MTY&NNN)- Government Colleges are striving hard to improve the quality of education and hence, they must focus on students achieving their aims, said Department of Collegiate Education Regional Joint Director Prof. R. Moogeshappa.

He was speaking after inaugurating the 2019-20 Cultural Programmes of the Maharani’s Arts College at its premises here on Aug.28 and said that earlier, the moment people heard about Government educational institutions, they would shy away and instead preferred to go to private educational institutions as they thought that they provided better quality of education and also treated it as a matter of pride to put their children in such institutions.
