Property owners asked to apply for UPOR

Urban Property Ownership Record (UPOR) was introduced in Mysuru to provide a Property Register (PR) card for every property which is a legal authentic document for any transaction. The PR Card was comprehensive covering dimensions of the property and encumbrances. The UPOR system has been further developed with digitisation and employing Differential Global Positioning System (DGPS). Owners of sites, houses, apartments and commercial buildings in city can approach the UPOR office in Nazarbad with all necessary documents of the property to get the PR Card.
