Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot, in a notification issued on Tuesday, stated that Prof. Sharath Ananthamurthy, serving at University of Hyderabad, has been appointed as Kuvempu University VC for a period of four years or till he attains the age of 67 years, whichever is earliest.
