Mysore/Mysuru: Prof. S.R. Niranjana, former Vice-Chancellor, Gulbarga University; Professor and Chairman of Biotechnology, University of Mysore, has been selected for the prestigious "Dr. K. C. Mehta Memorial Award" by The National Academy of Agricultural Sciences (NAAS), New Delhi, for the Biennium 2019-2020 for his outstanding contributions in Plant Protection.
The Award consists of a citation and a silver plaque. It will be presented at the Inaugural Session of the XV Agricultural Science Congress at Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi.
