Former JSS College Kannada faculty Prof. K. Veerabhadra (81), passed away on Wednesday. Born in 1936 at Adoni in Kurnool District of Andhra Pradesh, Veerabhadra completed his studies in Mysuru and joined as a Kannada faculty at JSS College on Ramanuja road. A prolific writer, he has written many books in the pen name Veerabhadra. He has bagged many awards, including the prestigious Kannada Sahitya Academy award.
