Students, who are residents of Mysuru, may obtain the prescribed application forms from Kuruhina Shetty Sri Rama Mandira, #2036, Madhavachar Road, K.R. Mohalla, Mysuru and submit the filled in application form to the Rama Mandira office before Oct. 15. K.H. Sanjeeva Shetty (Java), President, Shashi Sanjeevini Seva Trust, is giving Pratibha Puraskar.
