Bengaluru: Pramoda Devi Wadiyar, wife of late Srikantadatta Narasimharaja Wadiyar, has approached the High Court seeking quashing of the lower court orders not to alienate the land adjacent to the Regency Theatre, Mysuru.
A sessions court in Bengaluru has passed an injunction order against Pramoda Devi asking her not to alienate the property. However, she has moved the High Court, saying Rohini R. Manohar, a resident of Basaveshwaranagar, Bengaluru, has forged documentation, stating she (Rohini) had entered into an agreement with her late husband in February 2013.
