Mysuru: Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited (KPTCL) had set up 66/11 KV line Sub-Station Centre at Bannikuppe village in Hunsur taluk of Mysuru district.

KPTCL grid transmits electricity at high voltage from Power Stations to Sub-Station from today. High voltage of power will be transmitted through Hootagalli-Periyaptana line. Residents of Jadaganakoppalu, Maralaiahanakoppalu and Bannikuppe are requested to keep away from this high tension tower erected along the stretch. People should not tether cattle, grow plants, fly kites, remove any metals from the nearby tower.
