The Postal Department will be providing accident insurance cover facility to the general public. With small amount, the Postal Department will be giving huge amount as insurance. If people pay Rs. 399 annually they will be eligible to claim Rs. 10 lakh accidental insurance.
People aged between 18 and 65 years are eligible to avail this facility. In case of accidents that occur in some particular situations mentioned by the Postal Department, financial assistance will be provided to such people. In case of death, financial assistance will be provided to the person’s family members and for the deceased children’s education while in case of disability, hospital expenditure will be provided.
