A Postal Course for non-Kannadigas of the State to learn Kannada, initiated by the Kannada and Culture Directorate and Central Institute of Indian Languages for State Government employees, has now been extended to general public also. The candidates should be in the age group of 18 to 50 years with a pass in SSLC. The course will commence in November. The application and prospects can be obtained from the in-charge officer, Kannada Postal Education, CIIL, Manasagngothri, Mysuru-570006 by sending a self-addressed envelope bearing a Rs.5 stamp along with a DD for Rs.250.
