The Social Welfare Department has invited applications from students belonging to SC community to avail post-matric student scholarships provided by the Department for the year 2022-23. The annual family income of the students must not exceed Rs. 2.5 lakh. Eligible candidates may submit applications by logging on to https://ssp.postmatric.karnataka.gov.in/
Last date to apply is June 20. Students pursuing Medical, Engineering, MBA and MCA course too can apply. Students must visit their respective banks and link their Aadhaar numbers to their bank accounts in National Payment Corporation of India (NPCI). Incentives: The Social Welfare Department will also be providing incentives to students belonging to SC community, who have passed II PUC, 3-year Polytechnic Diploma, Graduation, Post-Graduation and Professional courses in first attempt. Eligible students may apply through State Scholarship Portal (sw.kar.nic.in) before Aug. 31.
