The Backward Classes Welfare Department, Mysuru has invited online applications from eligible Backward Community students belonging to SC/ST and Categories- 1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B for admission to Pre-Matric Boys and Girls Student Hostels run by the Department in Mysuru district and taluk. The annual income of the parents should be below Rs. 1 lakh for Category-1 and SC/ ST candidates while for Category 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B and other backward classes it must be not more than Rs. 44,500.
