The Police Health Centre at Jalapuri in the city, which was newly established for the medical benefit of Police Personnel under the Police Welfare programme, is now open to members of the public as well. The general public can avail medical facility at the Health Centre by paying the fee prescribed at other Government Hospitals, according to a press release issued by the city Police Commissioner B. Ramesh.
