Mysuru: The University of Mysore (UoM) has awarded Ph.D in Food Science and Nutrition to S.N. Prabhavathi for her thesis titled ‘Studies on Flavour Potentiating Effect of Monosodium Glutamate with Special Reference to Synergism Between Spices and Salt in Different Food Matrices’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. Jamuna Prakash.
H.K. Kumara has been awarded Ph.D in Chemistry by the UoM for his thesis titled ‘Design, Synthesis and Biological Screening of Amino Acids/ Peptides Conjugated Multi-Pharmacophores’ .
