Mysuru: The Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) has awarded Ph.D in Management to B.R. Shyam for his thesis ‘Motivating Sales Staff - A Case Study on Selected Organised Retail Formats in Tier-1, Tier-2 and Tier-3 Cities in Karnataka’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. N.K. Ramachandra Gowda.
M. Santhosh too has been awarded Ph.D in Management by the VTU for his thesis ‘Analytical Studies on the Effect of Sales Promotion Variables on Size and Composition of Retail Shopping Basket with Reference to Retail Outlets of Bangalore City Using Quantitative Techniques’ .
