Nagaraja. Mamatha has been awarded Ph.D in Library and Information Science by the UoM for her thesis ‘An Assessment of the Attitude Towards Collection Security Issues in College Libraries’ . K.B. Sowmya has been awarded Ph.D in Communication and Journalism by the UoM for her thesis ‘Prathamika Shala Vidyarthigala Mele Shaikshanika Radio Prabhava: Karnataka Rajyadalli Anthara Kriyatmaka Radio Karyakramada Ondu Adhyayana’ . Shanmuga Sundaram has been awarded Ph.D in Biochemistry by the UoM for his thesis ‘An Insight into the Anti-arthritic Role of Tamarind Seed Extract’ . T.M. Naveena has been awarded Ph.D in Geography by the UoM for her thesis ‘Urban and Rural Disparities in Food Security: A Case Study of Mysore District’ . B.K. Srinivasa has been awarded Ph.D in Kannada by the UoM for his thesis ‘K. Marulasiddappa Avara Sahitya’ .
