Mysore/Mysuru: People should be committed in conserving the environment for future generations, said Senior Civil Judge and District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Member Secretary B.G. Dinesh.
Speaking after inaugurating World Environment Day celebrations jointly organised by District Administration, DLSA, Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) and Madilu Educational and Rural Development Society at Kirurangamandira in Kalamandira, here on June 5, he said that while a few departments and organisations were conducting a year-long programme related to Environment Day, people were showing no interest in the same.
