New Delhi: The sixth and penultimate phase of Lok Sabha (LS) elections 2019 that began this morning is witnessing voting in 59 seats across seven States, among them being the national capital New Delhi where fates of candidates in all the seven seats will be sealed in the EVMs. Till 1 pm, an overall voter turnout stood at 29.44 percent.
The biggest test would be for the BJP which had won 45 of these seats in the 2014 elections. Voting is being held in 14 seats in Uttar Pradesh, 10 in Haryana, seven in Delhi, four in Jharkhand and eight each in Bihar, Madhya Pradesh and West Bengal.
