The Department of Treasury has asked all pensioners having pension account in Banks other than those in State Bank of India (Canara Bank, Syndicate Bank), Vijaya Bank, Dena Bank and Bank of Baroda (Now all the three called as Bank of Baroda), Corporation Bank, Union Bank of India and Andhra Bank (Now all the three called as Union Bank of India), to transfer their account to anyone of the said Banks at the earliest. The pension from Aug. 2020 will be credited in the name of only such pensioners who have their account in any of the above said Banks.
