Mysuru: Pandemonium broke loose right at the beginning of the Special Meeting at Zilla Panchayat (ZP) here this morning which was convened to discuss the draft annual plan. The trouble began at the start of the meeting itself when the JD (S) member S.R. Nandeesh made allegations against Chief Minister Siddharamaiah saying that his government was not keeping its promises. As a mark of protest, Nandeesh announced that he would refuse the honorarium provided by the government. Going further, he handed over a blank cheque to ZP President Nayeema Sulthana asking the government to recover the complete honoraria he had received so far. He even challenged to quit his post if Siddharamaiah returns as Chief Minister in the next Assembly polls.
