Mysore/Mysuru: Outsourced employees of hostels coming under various Government Departments, urging for fulfilment of their various demands, staged a protest near the Office of the Deputy Commissioner (DC) here this morning.
About 30 outsourced employees (security personnel and cooks), under the banner Karnataka Rajya Samyukta Vasatinilaya Karmikara Sangha, Mysuru District Committee and affiliated to All India United Trade Union Centre (AIUTUC), staged a protest seeking pending salaries apart from the salaries during the lockdown period and jobs to them and urged to give them their documents pertaining to Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance (ESI).
