Mysuru: The notification pertaining to attachment of properties of Lancer Finance Company Pvt. Ltd. has been withdrawn with immediate effect. The notification in this regard was issued by the Under-Secretary of the Revenue Department.
The order states that ‘Notification of No: RD 12 GRC 2017, dated: 13-11-2017, wherein, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5(1) of The Karnataka Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishment Act, 2004 (Karnataka Act of 2005), the Government of Karnataka have appointed Assistant Commissioner, Mysuru Sub-Division, as competent Authorities to carry out the purposes of this Act, the said notification dated 13-11-2017 is hereby withdrawn with immediate effect.’
