As part of Onam celebrations, Kerala Samajam, Mysuru, is organising a pre-sale event featuring traditional Kuthampally handloom fabrics and garments on Sunday (Aug. 24) at Samaja’s cultural hall in Vijayanagar from 10.30 am to 9 pm. On the occasion, a free cardiac check-up camp will be held along with Apollo BGS Hospitals, Mysuru, from 11 am onwards.
The camp will offer Blood Pressure (BP) check; Random Blood Sugar (RBS) Test; ECG; ECHO Screening (as advised by the doctor). The camp will be preceded by a health awareness session by Dr. Arun Srinivas, Chief Cardiologist, Apollo BGS Hospitals, at 10.30 am. Also, there will be a ‘Thattukada’ at the venue offering a diverse range of delicious food options.
