Mysore/Mysuru: The following were elected as the new Directors of the city’s Saptarshi Souharda Credit Co-operative Society, Jayanagar in the elections held on Sunday.
N. Nagachandra (1,162 votes), S. Rajkumar (1,121), T.S. Sheshadri (1,091), M.S. Chandrashekar (1,041), M.S. Gururaj (1,039), H.V. Subbanna (1,027), A.S. Ranganathan (1,012), B.K. Sheshadri (1,001) and Basavanna (958) from General category seats; M.G. Krishnaveni (1,166) and S. Shyamala (1,092) from women reserved seats; M. Hanumantaiah (838) from SC reserved seat. Lakshmidevi was elected from ST reserved seat, G. Keethiprasad from Backward Classes-A and Muthuraj from Backward Classes B category seat.
