Objections invited

Vinayaka Credit Co-operative Society in city has been liquidated by the Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies for non-functioning as per the Karnataka Co-operative Societies Act, 1959. Subsequent to the liquidation, a liquidator has been appointed as in-charge of the Society. However, the society members, public or other interested persons who are willing to revive the society, can come forward and file their objections if any in writing within 15 days at the Office of the Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies along with supporting documents. The objections received after the deadline will not be considered and the Co-operative Department will go ahead with the cancellation of the society’s registration.
