As Sri House Building Co-operative Society has ceased to function, the Co-operation Department has liquidated the Society and appointed a liquidator in accordance with the By-laws and sections of Karnataka Co-operative Societies Act, 1959. However, the Society members and the members of the public can file objections, for the liquidation in writing, within 15 days to the office of the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Mysuru. The registration of the Society will be cancelled if no objections are received within the 15-day deadline, according to a release.
