The Co-operation Department has appointed a Liquidator to Shri House Building Co-operative Society in the city after liquidating the Society as per the Karnataka Co-operative Societies Act, 1959. As the Society has ceased to function and the Society is found to be of no help to its members, the Co-operation Department has taken measures to cancel the registration of the Society. However, those who are willing to revive the Society, can submit objects in writing against the cancellation of the registration, with in 15 days. The Department will terminate the registration of the Society if no objections are received within the deadline.
