Bengaluru: The 42nd ACM Court here on Thursday, issued a non-bailable warrant against Labour Minister Santosh Lad in connection with a cheque bounce case.
Cine Producer and actor Rockline Venkatesh had filed a case against Santosh Lad at Upparpet Police Station in 2015, accusing the Minister of failing to repay the loan he had reportedly taken. But Santosh had repeatedly failed to appear in the Court whenever the case came up for hearing. On Thursday the 42nd ACM Court issued a non-bailable warrant against Santosh Lad, asking him to personally appear in the court on May 22.
