The Joint Director, Commissionerate of Industrial Training and Employment, in a press release, has stated that it has come to the notice of the Commissionerate that a few unauthorised persons were visiting private Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) and giving assurances to the faculty there that aided salaries would be provided to them. There is no such proposal to provide Government aid to private ITIs and any such false assurances coupled with extortion may be complained to the Commissionerate, stated the release.
