The Department of Kannada and Culture has organised a Nenapu-Namana programme for late Dalit poet Dr. Siddalingaiah at Kiru Rangamandira in Kalamandira premises on Jan. 26 at 10.30 am. Department of Kannada and Culture Assistant Director H. Chennappa will inaugurate the programme. Public Speaker Anand and Columnist Harakumar will be the guests. Dr B.R. Ambedkar Research & Extension Centre Coordinator Dr. S. Narendra Kumar will preside.
