Mysore/Mysuru: Rangayana Mysuru will be organising Navaratri Rangotsava from Sept. 22 to Oct. 1 at its premises. The theatre festival will be inaugurated by Kannada and Culture Minister Shivaraj Thangadagi on Sept. 22 at 5.30 pm. Department of Kannada and Culture Secretary Dr. M.V.
