Mysuru: ‘AMBICON-2017,’ a 3-day National Conference of the Association of Medical Bio-chemists of India (AMBI) marking its silver jubilee celebration, began at Lalitha Mahal Palace Hotel premises in city this morning. Suttur Seer Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji will formally inaugurate the conference this evening. The conference features a medical expo, which was inaugurated by City Police Commissioner Dr. A. Subrahmanyeswara Rao this morning. AMBI office-bearer Dr. Govindaraj delivered the Silver Jubilee oration. More than 30 reputed manufacturers and companies trading pathological, equipments & instruments are taking part in the expo, displaying a variety of latest medical equipments such as dual cooling ultra low temperature freezer, body weight reducing machine, diabetic instruments, diagnostics solutions etc.
