With a large number of devotees expected to visit the famed Srikanteshwara Temple at Nanjangud town in the district for Karthika Hunnime on Nov. 30, DC Rohini Sindhuri has ordered restriction on temple opening, according to which, the temple will remain open for devotees only from 6.30 am to 1 pm tomorrow. The DC has ordered restriction of timings as a COVID precaution. However, the temple Priests will carry out the usual rituals after the temple closes for devotes at 1 pm.
