Nanjangud: At a time when most of the Government Hospitals are lacking in infrastructure, one Hospital in Nanjangud town has bagged an award for best functioning.
The Government Maternity and Children’s Hospital in Nanjangud has bagged the prestigious ‘LaQshya Award’ given by the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. LaQshya is a quality improvement initiative in Labour Room and Maternity, which aims to ensure quality of care during Intrapartum and immediate Post-Partum period in Labour Room and Maternity OT.
