The Committee under the Chairmanship of Dr. Siba Prasad Adhikary, Ex-Vice-Chancellor, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, accompanied by Member Coordinator Dr. Shrawan K. Sharma, Department of English, Haridwar, Uttarkhand and Member Dr. Kumarasamy Ramamurthi, Principal, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, was warmly welcomed by Prof. B.V.
