The Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) at Bengaluru on Tuesday adjourned the hearing in the petition filed by IAS Officer B.Sharat questioning his abrupt transfer from the post of Mysuru DC within a month into his job, to Nov.10.Sharat, who took charge as Mysuru DC on Aug.29, was transferred by the Government on Sept.28, following which he petitioned the CAT questioning his premature transfer. The CAT, after hearing the arguments and counter-arguments pertaining to the petition, adjourned the next hearing to Nov.10.
