Mysore/Mysuru: Dr. B. Nirmala, retired Associate Professor and Head of Hindi Department, Maharani's Science College, Mysuru, has set a world record in the field of literature.
Her Kannada poem, 'Yava Astitvave illa, Astitvave illa, Astitvave ilia' and Hindi poem, 'Ek Shaheed ka Paigaum' have found place in the maximum international collection of poems comprising 19 Indian languages marking Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations in the book 'Akhanda Bharat Ek Yugadrushta' brought out by Harvard World Records, London. She has also received a copy of the book and a certificate.
