Mysore/Mysuru: The students’ protest, seeking postponement of degree exams of University of Mysore (UoM) citing non-completion of lessons because of holidays, has met with success as Varsity authorities have postponed the examinations to Aug.1.
Degree students of various Colleges led by the District Committee of All India Democratic Students Organisation (AIDSO) had staged a protest in front of Crawford Hall, the administrative office of the Varsity on July 17 and again on July 21 urging UoM authorities to postpone the examinations.
